Over the years, Divas Build Futures has helped countless girls and women access the resources they need to thrive in multiple occasions. But our work is far from finished. Right now, we are seeking the perfect location to build our housing community and offer even more support.

We are passionate about providing hope and refuge for girls and women who need a safe place to call home. Our focus is on purchasing land to build our first location, and we are committed to doing so without taking on excessive debt. With your help, we can make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Our Program (The Core of a Woman)
Her Homes was established with a mission to help give women a fresh start in life. We provide housing in a supportive, nurturing environment, and help residents develop the skills needed to lead self-sufficient lives. Our focus is on empowering women and giving them the tools they need to succeed. We provide support in home economics, mental health, women's history, educational programs (GED, trade programs) healthy living and child care. At Her Homes, we believe each woman is unique, and we work with each resident to develop a customized plan to help them achieve their goals, which is called "The core of a woman".
Our Therapy Program
At Her Homes, we understand that every young woman is unique, and so is her journey towards healing and growth. Our residential therapy program is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment, where young women can explore their emotions and learn new ways to cope with their struggles. Whether it's trauma, loss, attachment issues, anxiety or depression, our team of experts is here to help. We focus not just on treating the symptoms, but on addressing the underlying issues and patterns of behavior that often accompany them.

Our goal is to help our residents achieve mental, emotional and behavioral wellness, in order to build a healthier and more fulfilling future. Our residential program is focused on promoting healing, growth and empowerment, through a comprehensive and individualized approach.

Her-Homes Therapy: Her Homes specializes in treating young women in a residential setting who struggle with a wide array of issues including trauma, loss, attachment, anxiety, depression, and the often-accompanying addictive patterns of behavior. These are highly complex problems and require very specialized approaches to initiate and complete the healing process.

Break Ground 2024 (Phase II)
Breaking ground on our angel project in 2024, "The Lakes of Her Homes, will be a testament to the commitment of having faith to make a real difference in the lives of girls and women and ending youth homelessness. Many who were affected by homelessness and domestic violence will have peace and a chance at a better life. Through this project, we will create a welcoming and nurturing community that will provide safety and healing to individuals seeking a fresh start or redirection.

Our Housing Community will be an all-inclusive community that provides much-needed support and resources to girls and women between the ages of 17-27. Our 12 triplex homes have been designed with care and attention to the needs of our residents. We will also offer a:
